Gracious God,
Your steadfast promises have sustained your people from generation to generation.
You inspire us to make promises of our own to live as your faithful people and to share your love with others.
Stir up your Holy Spirit within us, that as a Resurrection people building on promises, we may realize your vision for our own lives and for our community of faith.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
