Ministry Teams

In June of 2005, Resurrection launched a new ministry structure based on Ministry Teams.  This was the culmination of two years of study, planning, and preparation.  The following linked documents explain the ministry structure and provide information about chartering Ministry Teams.

Shape of Our Ministry

"The Shape of Our Ministry" is a document that describes the ministry structure and how we seek to live out our Vision, Mission, and Values.

All new Ministry Teams are to fill out an initial Ministry Team Charter for review by the Steering Team and approval by the Congregation Council. 

All existing Ministry Teams are to periodically complete a Ministry Team Charter Update on a schedule set by the Congregation Council.
